Sauteed noodle station
This is our Asian answer to tired old traditional pasta stations. We have our chef perform tableside, and skillfully saute various combinations of Italian noodles with savory Asian ingredients
Pasta bow ties with grilled vegetables & feather like sake soy glaze
Penne with shredded sweet & sour chicken
Pineapples, Vidalia onions & peppers

Fillet of smoke roasted Canadian salmon - Tuscan style
Our signature seafood dish presented on a silver tray at room temperature

Mediterranean sea bass with a buttery tomato & olive fondue served on a bed of micro greens & sprouts
